Because they use a different technology than conventional products lead acid – this allows to obtain various advantages such as a reduction of the weight , a limited footprint, a duration much higher , the total recharge ability even after long period of standstill, a limited self-discharge .
All these features are ideal for use as starter batteries for sport motorcycles, motocross, quads, jet-skis, vintage motorcycles and all cases in which occasional use does not permit successful use of a traditional battery.
Aliant the batteries are recharged to 100% even after a complete discharge, typical of a long break – through the use of the appropriate charger Aliant : is not therefore required the use of maintainers charge or other devices during the period of winter stop in the garage. In fact, these batteries are not subject to sulfation or other thermo-chemical phenomena typical of lead batteries. The recharging , then, is separated in time very rapid : it takes 30 minutes to recharge the Aliant X2 from 0 to 100%, and therefore no longer necessary to give up their pastime preferred due to a discharged battery.
